The oakfire course

Playing to a projected par of 30, the Executive Course is envisioned to include seven par-3 holes, one par-4, and one par-5.

Each hole is being designed to offer multiple strategic options, encouraging players to choose how aggressively or conservatively they wish to play.

The ridge course

A faster, highly social golf experience is planned for the upper ridge of the property, carved among mature live oak trees.

This proposed “two-club” short course will feature 9 holes ranging from approximately 15 to 35 yards and is intended for wedges and putters only.

Serving as a central gathering space, the entertainment putting green sits between key buildings and acts as a social hub for the property.

At approximately 25,000 square feet, the green is designed in a “Himalayas” style with bold slopes and elevation changes that create a playful, interactive putting experience.

The short game and practice area is planned to include multiple chipping greens, a practice bunker, and fairway areas suitable for pitch shots up to 60 yards.

Varied green edges and flexible tee locations are intended to allow golfers to practice a wide range of shots or create informal games and competitions.
