Information on The Center Court Club Condominiums provided through any marketing materials or any marketing center is preliminary in nature; changes may be made to our project, including but not limited to the design, building height, floor plans, unit sizes, services, amenities, and pricing.

Certain infrastructure and amenities in the development will be made will be made available to owners and guests of the residential condominium development through easement rights and other use rights set forth in the residential condominium documentation. The right to use and access these improvements and amenities may be subject to assessments and other ala carte fees charged by the residential condominium association pursuant to the residential condominium documentation or by the owners of the amenities. Furthermore, certain amenities will be managed by third-party management companies on behalf of the residential condominium association and the master condominium association.
