Next Steps
After submitting your pre-reservation application, you will be added to our reservation que in the order received. After submission, a member of our team will contact you to further discuss your application, anwser questions, and share further documentation.

Once reservations go live, your assigned representative will contact you to collect your reservation dues and to select your condominium's location on our development map (based on reservation que order).
​
Upon receiving member reservation deposit, your Charter Member Copper Card will be issued.
Payment Schedule
1. All reservation dues will be held in escrow and are fully refundable.
​
2. After charter member reservation period concludes (first 100 reservations), members will enter into formal contract with a deposit schedule. At this time your reservation deposit will be applied to your deposit schedule.
​
3. Deposits will be held in escrow during the construction phase.
Members will be invited to quarterly update events hosted by Oakfire Ridge during both the reservation and construction phases of the development.
