Terms of Service

All guests who visit Oakfire Ridge are expected to abide by the terms listed.

All ticket holders, members, and their invited guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter.

Members agree to Oakfire charging the credit card on file (used to pay for the membership) for an amount equal to any negative balance created by the use of their Copper Card.

RSVP cancelations are permitted prior to the RSVP deadline that was published at the time of RSVP registration.  If a member chooses to cancel an RSVP after the deadline has passed the member is still liable for the cost of menu items that they requested at the time of RSVP.

Individuals who RSVP for any event hosted by Oakfire Ridge MUST be a member to enter the property unless the event explicitly states "Open to the Public" or the non-member is accompanied by a '43 Club member.

Oakfire is a TABC licensed facility and does not permit outside food or beverages onto event property.

 

Oakfire promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to deny guest alcoholic beverage sales at our sole discretion.

 

Oakfire fosters exceptional hospitality and therefore reserves the right to remove members and/or ticket holders (and their guests) who are disrespectful and/or disruptive to other guests and/or Oakfire staff members. 

Oakfire engages in active land and wildlife management and has working K-9s on property. Therefore, no pets are allowed on venue property.  If you have a licensed service animal, please contact us to make arrangements prior to the event.

'43 Club Members are permitted two guests to accompany a member party (member and their spouse) twice per year to members-only events. 

Oakfire promotes career hospitality service positions and provides 100% tip-out to our non-management staff. All food, beverage, and event charges will include an additional 20% gratuity.

Members are permitted to invite a maximum of two non members to The '43 Speakeasy during public access events twice per year.

Corporate Partnership Program Terms of Service

All ticket holders, members, and their invited guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter.

Partners are permitted to bring a maximum of 20 business guests with short notice during weekdays (9am - 5pm) to Oakfire for meetings, presentations, and catered lunches.

Corporate Partner Copper Cards will be loaded with a balance equal to the initial payment.  The card balance may be redeemed for the purchase of Libations, Events, Venue Reservations and some select food items while on property.

Partners my request the use of information technology available across the property.  Equipment is operated on a first come first serve basis.

Corporate Partners are issued two Copper Cards that are connected to the same account balance.  Copper cards are issued to the Corporate Officers listed at the time of sign up.  Officers may entrust their cards for use to other officers, owners, and key employees.

Partners are permitted to lease the Oakfire Ridge grounds during the week with three weeks advance notice for a meeting or private event with a minimum of 25 people and a maximum of 200 people.  Partners may select a lunch or dinner event that will be curated by Oakfire Ridge.  Charges related to these private events are payable via Copper Card balance.

Partners are permitted to lease the Oakfire Ridge grounds during the weekend with notice of six weeks in advance with a minimum attendance of 50 people and a maximum of 300 people.  Partners may select a lunch or dinner event that will be curated by Oakfire Ridge. Charges related to these private events are payable via Copper Card balance.

Partners and their guests agree to follow all community guidelines, respect property signage rules, and present themselves in a manner that is respectful.
